DXRacer USA LLC, hereafter known as DXRacer accepts orders for goods solely via their website www.dxracer.com. All information required to complete your order should be filled in accurately when placing your order online. This includes your name, address, shipping information,
billing information, telephone number, and e-mail to enable us to
contact you. We are not responsible for errors if you give us incorrect or incomplete information. Once your order has been accepted, we will send you written confirmation by e-mail. At each stage of this process,
i.e. when payment is received and when your order is shipped, you will receive written notification by e-mail. All orders are subject to items being in stock. Orders will be shipped by FedEx and your contact information will be passed on along with your e-mail address. We do not
accept orders by phone.
All our products are described in detail on our website. As we are constantly striving to develop and improve our products, we may introduce changes to products sold. These changes will be updated on our website.
Shipping is free of charge within the contiguous US, using FedEx Ground.
We will make every effort to keep you informed regarding the status of your order. Orders will be shipped by FedEx and you will receive both an order confirmation by e-mail and a notification when the order has been shipped. We will seek to deliver your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions and/or FedEx error.
Once the product leaves our warehouse via FedEx, it can be tracked via a Track and Trace number.
*We do not ship to Alaska(AK) and Hawaii(HI).
*All packages will be shipped without a signature required for delivery. DXRacer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without a signature. Signature for delivery is available for an additional fee.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE AT DXRACER’S DISCRETION.
If you would like to return your chair, you must ship returning items back to us within 30 days of purchase. Excludes clearance items. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the chair has been received, an inspection of the chair will take place. If the package is completely factory-sealed, a 10% restocking fee will apply. If the package has been opened, and/or the chair has been assembled, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If the customer is unable to receive the package and would like DXRacer to attempt to reship the package, the cost of shipping is then the responsibility of the customer.
DXRacer will not waive restocking fees for any returned damaged goods.
Please allow 10-15 business days after your chair has been received by our warehouse to allow us to inspect your return and process your refund. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 days for the return/credit process and for it to be posted on your credit card. You will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase was made, (i.e. if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited.) The purchase-refund, less any exchange/return/restocking fees, will be made within 30 days of return and may be delayed due to any damage claim by the carrier.
Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made by e-mail as soon as possible and must be prior to shipment. Any e-mail messages requesting an order to be changed or canceled that is received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Any order refused after it has been shipped will be treated as a return and other costs, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs will be deducted/charged. Any order refused upon delivery (unless previously arranged through our Customer Service Department) will be treated as a return and shipping & handling costs will be deducted/charged.
Credit Card orders must be canceled the day they were placed and before 5:00 p.m. EST.

DXRacer hopes every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations, but we fully understand that it is not always possible and we will gladly try to work with you towards a mutually agreeable solution.
Refund amount depends on inspection results, less shipping, and other discretionary fees. Please allow a minimum of 30 days to complete your refund.
We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that are refused at the destination, has been soiled, damaged, or have parts missing.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, including residential fees.
Any canceled orders will be refunded within up to 48 hrs.
DXRacer USA promises to repair or replace any DXRacer USA product (excluding P Series) or component that DXRacer USA finds to be defective in material or workmanship within two (2) years, and a Lifetime warranty on the steel frame of our chairs. The lifetime warranty you are to receive would cover the steel frame within the backrest and bucket seat of the chair. All parts that assemble to the exterior of the chair are considered 'parts' which are covered under a 2-year warranty. DXRacer will honor the warranty from the date of the original purchase so long as you, the original purchaser, still owns it. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to the provisions below.
• Wear and tear, which is to be expected over the course of ownership.
• Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by DXRacer.
• Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
• Damage inflicted against the chair.
• Office Accessories have a one-year warranty.
* Please note DXRacer does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DXRACER USA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DXRACER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
Notice to Purchasers for home or personal use:
Federal law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties for consumer products. Therefore, if you are purchasing this product for home or personal use, the exclusion of implied warranties noted in the above paragraph does not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty applies only to products sold within the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Canada.

of the complication you are experiencing to allow our Warranty

*If you purchased your chair through a licensed 3rd party vendor, you will need to supply a copy of your receipt.
Licensed 3rd party vendors can carry their own policies which can alter the length of the warranty for the chair purchased will extend to. If a chair is purchased through a licensed 3rd party vendor, the warranty on the chair will consist of the policies offered by the seller of the chair. DXRacer cannot extend or alter the warranty that would come with your purchase through a Licensed 3rd party vendor.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your warranty claim to be processed, approved, and shipped.
*If inventory for the needed part is unavailable, your replacement will ship once the inventory is replenished. Please note that shipments can take 4-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
Parts, excluding bucket seats, backrests, desk parts, and accessories are available to be purchased through Contact@DXRacer.com.
If your chair was damaged upon arrival please reach out to Warranty@DXRacer.com within 7 days of receiving your chair.
